Having been a dancer; fitness, health and general well being have always been important to me. It wasn't however until 2002, whilst attending university, that I was introduced to Pilates.
After completing my degree, in 2007, I decided to study the method through Body Art Science International. Since then I have had the opportunity of working in some of our country's best Pilates studios, including Pilates Unlimited in 2010 and 2011. In 2012 I opened my own Pilates studio and had the pleasure of teaching some wonderful people. I try to always approach each client and their body with love, patience, kindness and care. I care deeply for the wellbeing of others and find the greatest pleasure and honour in helping clients find freedom in their bodies through the method of Pilates.
