After having an extended period of training through the harder styles of fitness such as CrossFit, Calisthenics and Functional Training, I suffered from several small injuries and two major ones, of which one took many years to shake off.
During this process, I focused on deconstructing movement and honing in on the aspects that made movement safe, efficient and the most beneficial. I now consider myself a movement coach and work with reflexology and sports massage to create a holistic approach to health.
My passion is dealing with the movement and health of people bringing them back to the alignment and restoring ability, mobility, health, and happiness to their bodies and lives.
Pilates has given me the tools to be better accomplished for myself and the people I train and educate.
