I’ve been taking private zoom Pilates sessions with Tanya for a few years now. Besides great results, Tanya’s gift is that not only is she an expert in her field of movement and body alignment , but she is also intuitively present throughout the whole training session and able to improvise on a whim. Tanya’s sessions are efficient and flow naturally from breath to breath, movement to movement. Somehow, even after all these years, every session feels innovative and Tanya is always incorporating exercises we’ve never done before. We’ve worked together through two of my pregnancies and postnatal recoveries. Tanya is able to balance being highly professional and also feel like a genuine friend.

I have been having Pilates classes with Carli since 2019. First in studio and then from Covid 2020 online. I have enjoyed every session tremendously. Due to my shoulder problems Carli has personalised and customised my classes to address these problems. I have gained so much more mobility in both shoulders and have no pain.
